The Advisory Board

Our Advisory Board consists of individuals including autistic people, parents of autistic people, autism researchers, and clinicians. The majority of our Advisory Board is autistic and many hold multiple roles. The purpose of our Advisory Board is to review study materials.

The Interviews and Surveys Subcommittee

This group reviewed the surveys and interviews that our team had questions about. Their feedback has helped us improve our demographics form and how we ask about autism diagnosis, among other things.

This group provided feedback on the Self Assessment of Autistic Traits, an autism screening and phenotyping measure we have been working on. Their feedback has helped us improve the new and revised SAAT questions we have written in the last year.

This group provided feedback on how we can make the study more accessible. Their feedback has improved our consenting process and has helped us make our MRI (brain imaging) procedures more accessible amongst other work.
